Polo has always been a sport I have been interested in capturing. I knew that visiting Wellington, FL during their peak season would be the perfect opportunity to not only photograph the sport but also attend for the first time. After watching several Argentinian teams out on the field, I came up with this concept to capture on a local private farm. We were able to get our hands on two talented showjumpers as models to pose next to a 1967 Ferrari 330 GTC. There have only been a handful of these ever made in this dark green color. The models were styled in vintage Gucci and Chanel outfits and I wanted to capture a photograph that had a vintage yet upscale feel to it. We set up the two young men on horseback and framed the models leaning against the car and everything perfectly fell into place. This artwork of mine is dedicated to the Polo lifestyle and the classy lifestyle that comes along with it.
